By profession She is Project writer, and a social worker. Since 2002 She has been working for women’s empowerment at the grass roots level as a part of the EACH (Education, Awareness and Community Health) NGO Programs. She has vast experience of managing programs (with special reference to Asia) in a humanitarian relief and development organization.
Her expertise is in Project management, designing concept notes and Project Proposals, building relationships with donor partners through strong communications. She is improving the quality of programs through evaluations and systematic discussions and meetings with field staff. And She is also a part of the management committee of EACH. Being a social worker, she believes in the independence of women and children. This is great desire of her life that she always want to see the participation of women and children in EACH’s projects. EACH ‘s successful projects are the confirmation of her hard work that is her strengths. She has very positive opinion towards building peace/interfaith harmony among oppressed community at grass root level.
She has been working in Caritas Pakistan Faisalabad for five years as a Project Manager. She realized the importance of peace for healthy society and the empowerment of women for a successful community.
