This role at EACH head office Pakistan as Women Empowerment Coordinator since 2015 ; involves overseeing the processing of clothing donations, recruiting, scheduling, and training volunteers, overseeing the intake interview process for guests, coordinating and implementing economic advancement programs/events, and working with a team of 20+ volunteers to provide a safe, nurturing alongside mentoring and guiding with possible solutions to leave a positive footprint within the community
She is an energetic and hardworking person with 12 years of experience in computer software troubleshooting, web designing and social development sector. The most distinguished position was computer instructor Coordinator at EACH Pakistan Faisalabad, which gave a wonderful managerial exposure and opportunity to manage projects at Diocese level with national exposure. She worked with community based computer centers in EACH Pakistan. She is working for computer trainings as a skill training to build the peace in the community at grass root level. She started work from grass root level and has experience with different culture, Ethnicity, religion and communities of Pakistan. She is a good community organizer.
SHE also has been engaged in networking and advocacy with civil society organizations and government line departments. Participated at national and international training and facilitated in seminars and workshops for NGOS at different levels in social development organizations.
